1. EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL (hereafter referred to as "the company") - legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Cuza Vodă str. no. 18-20, ap. 40, Cluj county, with order number at the Trade Register J12/3505/2015 and unique registration code 35244628 (EUID: ROONRC.J12/3505/2015) - undertakes to protect and respect data with personal or confidential in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 - GDPR.

2. This Privacy Policy, together with any other document referred to, sets out the principles on which any personal data we collect from buyers/customers/visitors or other interested parties, or which we do not provide, will be processed. All the persons concerned have access to this document by accessing the website www.edgeflow.design - a document that acts as an information note regarding the privacy policy of EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL - or it will be sent to them, in writing or verbally when the first date is not possible, information note regarding the collection of personal data to understand as well as our practices regarding personal data and how we will process them, and they will also be asked for their express and explicit consent for them.

3. EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL may collect and process the following personal data:

a. The information provided to us by completing various printed or electronic forms, namely name, surname, titles, physical or electronic addresses, telephone numbers. This includes, but is not limited to, the information provided at the time of registration to use the site, at the time of subscribing to the site's services and newsletter, at the time of posting materials or when requesting services/products.

Also, EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL may request information when registering for any of the contests or promotions organized and when a site problem is reported by visitors;

b. If contacted, EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL may keep a record of the correspondence;

c. EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL may request the completion of questionnaires, such as opinion polls, which will be used for the purpose of improving services and/or diversifying the range of products/services sold, although their completion is not mandatory;

d. Details regarding your visit to the site, including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is necessary for your own billing purposes or otherwise, and the resources accessed.

7. These data can only be processed by the authorized staff of EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL. The Company will take all measures reasonably necessary to ensure that the data collected is processed securely and in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

8. If the information is collected manually, on physical paper (e.g. forms, coupons, etc.), they will be processed and stored only at the headquarters or workplaces of EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL. The storage will be done under lock and access to the information will only have the authorized staff of EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL.

9. If the information is collected through an automated system (e.g. electronic forms, e-mail, etc.), they will be processed and stored only through the computers and peripherals authorized by EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL, at its headquarters and work points . All disks, HDD/SDD/CD/DVD, will be encrypted and access to information is password-based by the authorized staff of EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL.

12. EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL uses the information obtained in the following ways:

- to ensure that marketing materials are presented in the most effective way for buyers / customers / prospects and their computer;
- to provide information, products or services requested or in which EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL considers that the persons concerned would be interested, if there is an explicit prior agreement for this activity;
- to fulfill the obligations arising from any of the agreements concluded between the interested parties and EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL;
- to allow access to the interactive functions of any service, when interested parties have chosen this;
- to signal changes to EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL services.

13. If the interested parties have allowed EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL to use their personal data, contact with them will be made only through the means for which they have given their consent.

For example, we may share data with providers of accounting services, IT services, courier services, telecommunications or legal services. We can also transmit your data on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions, to the courts, the police and other competent bodies of the state.

15.3 If EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL enters into partnerships with third parties (subcontractors) for the entire contracted service package or in part, the company will notify the persons concerned and ask for their consent for the transmission of the necessary information. Also, in special cases, EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL and third parties will be able to implement specific and/or secure circuits for this flow of information, always in the case of personal or confidential data protection.

16. The persons concerned have the right to request EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL not to process their personal data for marketing purposes. EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL will inform the data subjects, before collecting their data, if they intend to use the data for such purposes. The data subject will be given the opportunity to choose whether or not they want such processing by ticking certain boxes in the forms used to collect the data.

In accordance with European Regulation 679/2016 - GDPR - data subjects have the following main rights: the right to information, the right to access data, the right to object, the right to intervene on data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, as well as the right to go to justice.

EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL informs the persons concerned that in order to exercise the rights mentioned above, they can apply with a written, dated and signed communication note, sent by e-mail / post to the contact address or to the headquarters and work points of EDGEFLOW DESIGN SRL.
